In light of the fact that this chip isn't properly supported in Linux anyway (from what I can read) do I just live with things as they are and accept they won't improve (barring my ISP actually managing to make the network run properly!!!)? My question is simply this: is there anything I could change? Having encountered some HUGELY frustrating issues of late with my wifi also constantly disconnecting, I decided to replace the internal PCIe card.
